More Than a Journal

The Black Parachute began with a guided journal, but the work continues beyond the page. Through community partnerships, wellness experiences, and free journal distribution, we're creating more opportunities for Black men to reflect, connect, and prioritize their well-being.

Saturday, September 19 | 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. | St. Paul, MN

Join The Black Parachute for a free mental health and wellness experience created for Black men and young men ages 16+. The morning will combine guided journaling, conversation, suicide prevention education, and movement in a supportive community setting.

Participants will receive a free Black Parachute journal, refreshments, and additional wellness resources.

Space is limited to 25 participants.
